CANCELLATION POLICY
Clinic Cancellation, Conduct & Treatment Policy:
At Belgrave Laser Clinic we are committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment for all patients and staff.
We kindly ask that all communication remains courteous and professional.
Inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate appointment cancellation.

If inappropriate behaviour occurs, Belgrave Laser Clinic reserves the right to cancel or refuse service, either temporarily or permanently, at the discretion of management.
Treatment Policy:

Once a treatment has been started, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed to any other treatment.

All patients are advised to ensure they are fully committed to their chosen treatment before beginning.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy for All Appointments
Your appointments are very important to us at Belgrave Laser Clinic. Each appointment is reserved especially for you. While we understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and clients on our waiting list miss out on receiving services. To help prevent this, we will confirm your appointment 48 to 24 hours in advance, knowing it can be easy to forget appointments booked months ahead.
Cancellation Fees
Since services are personally reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
The following fees will apply for late cancellations or no-shows:

Full loss of deposit paid

OR loss of one treatment from a prepaid course

OR a £25 cancellation fee
This policy allows us to notify standby clients of availability and helps keep our team members' schedules full. Our goal is to maintain an excellent level of service, and your understanding and support of our policies is greatly appreciated.
We do understand that emergencies happen. Therefore, each client is allowed one (1) grace appointment per year for last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
Lateness Policy
Please note:

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time.

If we do not hear from you 5 minutes into your scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, and a fee will apply.
Late arrival will be charged as follows:

Treatments under 30 minutes: £10

Treatments between 30 minutes and 1 hour: £15

Treatments over 1 hour: £25

We will make every effort to reschedule you as soon as possible, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Deposits
A £25 deposit is required for all clients and all treatments.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on any treatments, packages, or deposits paid.
Clinic Conduct Policy
At Belgrave Laser Clinic, we are dedicated to providing a respectful, supportive, and professional environment for all our patients and staff.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for rude, aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour. If a client acts in a manner that is deemed disrespectful or disruptive, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment immediately.
We kindly ask that all communication with our team remains courteous and professional at all times.
Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment.
Belgrave Laser Clinic reserves the right to cancel or refuse service, either temporarily or permanently, at the discretion of management should such behaviour occur.

Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing Belgrave Laser Clinic for your treatment.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any treatments, products, pre-paid packages, or gift cards purchased in-clinic. This also applies to the purchase and booking of treatments made online.
If you experience an adverse reaction to a treatment or product, we encourage you to speak directly with the Clinic Manager at the location where you're booking or purchase was made. They will be happy to advise you on alternative treatments or products or use their discretion to help resolve the issue appropriately.
